This exciting initiative aims to empower young football players, especially girls, by providing them with the opportunities and resources necessary to achieve their dreams.
Rachel, who recently made headlines by signing with Bay FC from Madrid CFF for a record-breaking fee of $788,000, is leveraging her platform and influence to give back to her community. The Foundation will focus on skills development, mentorship, club placements, and community engagement, all designed to uplift and inspire the next generation of female football talent.
Launched on April 9, 2024, the Rachel Kundananji Legacy Foundation is a testament to Rachel’s commitment to creating lasting positive change. The Foundation will work closely with the Zambia Women National Soccer team and various stakeholders to build sustainable programs that not only nurture football talent but also address broader socio-economic challenges faced by young girls in Zambia.
